The network provides funding for Early Career Focused Meetings.
The Network will provide support for one ECR meeting a year that focuses on networking, discussion and dissemination of information between early career researchers, as well as discussion of career progression. Applications can be form any early career researcher.
To apply for this opportunity, you must be a member of the foldamer network (select “Join Network” above), and work within the UK. ECR meetings must be held in the UK (either in academia or industry) and one 1 day meeting is funded per year up to £3000 per meeting to pay for travel and sustenance.
Proposals are assessed by the International Advisory Board.
Applications for the current funding round closed on 31 July 2025. Applications will reopen on 1 September 2025.
